Across four premium hotels, I helped connect business planning, commercial insight and brand implementation through a shared strategic framework—while protecting the distinct position of each property.

Hotel Riviera, Dalen Hotel, Strömstad Spa & Resort and Son Spa were part of the same hospitality portfolio, but each operated in a different market, with its own commercial priorities, guest promise and brand identity.

At the same time, all four were moving through updated strategies, brand books and new websites. The challenge was to create a more coherent way of planning and implementing the work without standardising the brands themselves.

Shared structures needed to create efficiency and alignment, while each hotel still needed the freedom to remain relevant to its own guests, market and ambitions.

I worked across the portfolio with general managers, leadership groups and revenue teams, using performance data, market insight and customer behaviour to inform strategic recommendations, campaign priorities and ongoing projects.

I contributed to a shared strategic planning framework for the four hotels and supported the implementation of their updated brand platforms across websites, campaigns, content and guest touchpoints.

My role was to connect the wider business direction with practical delivery—helping ensure that the strategic intention remained visible as the work moved across departments, channels and external partners.

The approach created greater consistency in how the work was planned and evaluated, without imposing the same strategic or creative solution on every hotel.

The work helped create a clearer connection between business planning, brand direction and implementation across the portfolio. Four updated brand platforms were translated into four new digital experiences, supported by a shared planning structure while each hotel retained its individual position and commercial focus.

The period also coincided with strong public business momentum. Hotel Riviera reported revenue increasing from NOK 102 million in 2024 to approximately NOK 115 million in 2025—growth of around 13%. Dalen Hotel publicly forecast top-line growth of 13–15% for 2026 as part of its work towards year-round operations and long-term profitability.

These are company-level outcomes created collectively across leadership, revenue, sales, operations, marketing and external partners. I present them as evidence of the commercial context and momentum I contributed to—not as results attributable to one person.

Whether you're building a brand, strengthening a business or exploring a new opportunity, every successful collaboration starts with a conversation.

01

What problem are we actually trying to solve?

02

What makes this meaningfully different?

03

Can people actually use it?

04

Will this still make sense in five years?

05

Where can AI create leverage—not replace judgment?

06

Does this create value for both the business and the people it serves?
